We’re delighted to welcome Jon Fell as the Group Executive Chef for Osprey Management Group. Jon brings a lifetime of experience, and his commitment to locally sourced, sustainable produce perfectly matches our aspirations as a group. We are sure he will prove to be a key addition to our senior management team.
Jon is currently very busy over at The Peddler, our new venue in Whitehaven, finalising menus, speaking to great local suppliers and getting the kitchen set up, and there are plenty more projects in the pipeline to keep him busy. We will be able to share The Peddler’s new menu ideas soon and as always, feedback from our loyal Gallopers is very welcome.
