    Wellbeing Weekdays; every lunchtime Monday to Friday, 12-2pm, you can enjoy healthy, calorie-counted options from our Wellbeing Weekday menu, all for just £10 per person to include a healthy drink as well!

    This will include salads, lean meats, pulses, rice and fish dishes…. plus your choice from health-positive soft drinks; Frobishers fruit juice, iced tea, herbal teas, mineral enriched water.

    So you don’t need to feel guilty about going to the pub for lunch, or worry about keeping to your diet plan. We’re here to help! Take a look at the menu:

    By popular demand, you can enjoy Spanish-style tapas Tuesday 25th Feb at the Galloper between 5pm and 9pm. With a range of snack-sized portions to share or keep to yourself, order any six tapas and we’ll give you a free bottle of house red or white wine.     The Galloping Horse quiz night is Thursdays at 9pm. Join us for much convivial head-scratching in Wuky’s Nook on Thursday nights. All welcome!

    The quiz runs Thursdays all year; the last quiz night of the year is always the Thursday before Christmas (Big Christmas Quiz!) – then we have a week off before returning in January. But except for then you can find us here every week – why not come along and give it a try?
