Wuky’s Nook for meetings

This lovely room, accommodating up to 50 people, with lots of natural daylight, high speed internet and flexible configuration is perfect for breakfast meetings, conferences and private dining. We can offer a number of room configurations and the use of display, audio and  projection equipment.

Get the day off to a great start with a working breakfast. We can offer traditional cooked and healthy-options breakfasts with prices starting from as little as £6.00 per person. Or how about private dining? Tailored menus, wine matching, table decorations… whatever  our requirements, we can design a bespoke package. Whether light bite or formal dinner, we can provide quality food and drink packages.

Functions & Special Occasions

Bright and airy in the day, cosy in the evenings, Wuky’s Nook is available to book for private parties and functions of all kinds, from christenings, anniversary dinners, birthday parties, wedding celebrations through to funeral teas, giving you private space for your event with the room configuration you choose but with all the pub’s facilities on hand including (of course) whatever food and drink you might need.

We have buffet and party menus you can choose from but really flexibility is our middle name; talk to us about what you have in mind and we’ll go the extra mile to accommodate you.

Please do be aware though that Wuky’s gets booked up quite a long way ahead for evening and weekend events so if you’ve got something coming up, best to get in touch sooner rather than later to get your ‘do’ in the diary.

Some Wuky’s Booking Ts and Cs

  • To have exclusive/private use of Wuky’s Nook, bookings must be for a minimum of 20.
  • We require £50 deposit within 2 weeks of booking to secure the room.
  • We require final numbers, food choices and full payment seven days prior to the event, at which point payment is not refundable.
  • If your number attending drops below 20 before final payment has been made, you have two options;
    • continue with the booking on the understanding that your event may not be in Wuky’s Nook if another function requests the space OR
    • pay for the 20 covers in order to maintain exclusive use.
